Dr. Secrest is a board-certified urologist with expertise in reconstructive surgeries in both female and male patients. This includes diagnosis and treatment of female urinary incontinence, vaginal prolapse, female urethral strictures, urethral diverticula, interstitial cystitis, fistulas and overactive bladder, to name a few. In male patients, he treats urethral strictures, fistulas, Peyronie’s disease, chordee, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, prosthetic surgery complications, traumatic injuries, neurogenic bladder and several more.
In his spare time, Dr. Secrest enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, playing the drums and bike riding. As part of his Christian faith, he has attended several surgical mission trips as this allows him to give back and serve others faithfully.
